4.1 All financial transactions on the codph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the codph platform and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 codph supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. codph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the codph account holder. 8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, codph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your codph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 In no event shall codph be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

10.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if it is determined that the balance was derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
10.3 You may close your codph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
