10.1 The codph platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. codph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If codph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended and the data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law.
